An NOS (NewOldStock) clockwork served as inspiration for an interesting watch-duo. Thanks to their robust construction technique, these clockworks were often used in military watches.
The last day and night watches are only available as a set (2 watches).
in stock Mai. 6th: 4 sets
The Day Watch
Pilot watches from the mid-20th Century served as templates here. With a black, non-reflecting clock-face and large, well visible numbers. The distinctive watch hands and hour markers are coated in white luminous material. The only sign that it is a contemporary (every-)day watch is the well readable date that was often missing in the historical prototypes. |

The Night Watch
Designed in the style of a maritime officer's watch, this watch only reveals its very special feature in the dark. The clock face is entirely coated in luminous material. The black numbers markings and hands are well silhouetted against the lucent background. This means that exact readings are guaranteed even in bad lighting situations or in darkness.

Both versions contain the legendary manual wind-up clockwork by the Swiss manufacturer UNITAS cal. 6380 with date or 6325 without date. Clockwork diameter of 29mm with 17 jewelled pivot and 21.600 A/h. Power reserve is 40 hours when fully wound up. The stainless steel bodies have a diameter of 38mm and are 10mm high. A slightly convex and coated sapphire glass allows for the perfect view through. The solid steel base contains inserted nuts. In proper style, these watches are worn on a nylon band with toothed buckle and metal-reinforced holes.
